We inspect the exterior for cracks, hinge stability, screen scratches/dents, and keyboard condition.
Testing the RAM, Storage health (SSD/HDD), Battery cycles, and Processor performance under load.
Verification of all ports (USB, HDMI, Charging), Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity, Webcam, and Speakers.
For units that do not power on, we evaluate the value of individual salvageable components such as the LCD panel, keyboard, palmrest, and internal casing.
