Delivery Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with fast and reliable delivery of their orders. We offer three delivery options:

  • Free within Nairobi CBD and same-day delivery: Orders placed within Nairobi CBD will be delivered for free on the same day.
  • Same-day delivery in Nairobi metropolitan on orders before 3:00 PM: Orders placed in Nairobi metropolitan areas will be delivered on the same day, if the order is placed before 3:00 PM. For orders placed after 3:00 PM, delivery will be made the next business day.
  • Nationwide delivery at a fee using courier services: We deliver orders nationwide using reputable courier services. The cost of nationwide delivery will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the destination.

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. We have a 7-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange an item for another item of the same value. If you would like to exchange an item for an item of a higher value, you will need to pay the difference in price. If you would like to exchange an item for an item of a lower value, we will refund you the difference in price.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Used or damaged items
  • Items that are not in their original packaging

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorization number (RA).
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to us

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been shipped outside of Kenya.
